but remember to calculate the loss you will have converting down to 12 volts from the 24 volts.   24 volts inverters have really dropped in price.  Plus they are much more efficient.  I have ordered from Wholesalesolar.com and have priced some from E-bay.  Well worth the investment to keep down the loss and gain much more efficiency.
