I’d have to say YES – they were just LUCKY! I’ve heard at least two tales about purchasing property over the web that didn’t turn out well but I do believe its a great place to start. We are looking for property on over the web also but, unlike this story, we want ABSOLUTELY NO NEIGHBORS! But I won’t purchase my land over the net without seeing it and most likely visiting it as well.
