Hi my husband and I are looking to buy land in uk to be as self sufficient as possible. We are both in our 50’s and would like to own our own land preferably woodland & meadow combined where we can live. We have heard living in woodlands would be easier to get around the planning regulations. I would welcome any advice on how to go about it. How much it would cost. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

We have land for sale in Glastonbury – 4.5 acres – flat rectangle – on the edge of town for £50,000 – perfect for fast-growing willow to he planted.

Hi…I have received a notification of the land you have for sale in Glastonbury. I would like further details. Is the land in a national park or in greenbelt? Does it flood??..does it have any services…if not how easy would it be to get them??
Does the land have its own access? Is it a piece of a larger field…or separate?Would it be possible to send some photos. Thanks
