Reply To: off-grid in australia

Currently I am living in Pennsylvania.  Location isn’t a huge issue. I would like to stay away from the west coast. Texas seems like a place I could look into. Are there a lot of people living off-grid there? I feel like it’s hard to find others who have gone off-grid. Maybe it’s just my location. I would like to be able to build my home and I was hoping to find it next to or not too far from a water source. I’m sure a lot of people are looking for that though
