    Hi everyone I am new to buying land i currently down down a house of property.I am looking to buy some cheap land 30,000 to 50,000.I am self employed gig worker so I am not sure how that works.Do I have to show proof of income? Can I put 25% down? do they check youre credit? Thank you all. Much appreciated!!

    I would think your best bet would to be to look to buy something for sale by owner. Good luck!
